TGIF

It was a great week. The kids are getting the routine down. We took a lot of tests this week(math, reading, spelling, Mad Minute, and Daily Gram). The kids are all settling in to their routine. I look forward to seeing you on Wednesday.

Homework 8/29

1. Math Test Tomorrow Chapter 1
To study for the test do pages 14 and 15 the light blue numbers on the pages tell you where to go if your child is not understanding the question.

2. Read 20 minutes
3. Study Mad minute and Daily Routine papers. This is a quick review this should be no more than five mintes.

First Day of school

We had a wonderful day. It was great meeting all the kids. We went over all the class rules and what expectations I have for the year. They started their cursive books and math books. We went over what a typical day would look like. Please remember that the kids line up on the upper yard in the morning.

I am looking forward to a great year.
